At the moment, I am not offering tracking in order to keep shipping rates affordable so I cannot track your order. Once I dropped it off at the post office it is off my hands. In some cases shipping can take up to 1 week within Germany and 4 weeks international. Especially around holidays or national sale events it can take longer as postal services are very busy. If you waited an appropriate time and your order did not arrive please contact me and we will figure something out.

First off, I am so sorry to hear that. I am creating and cutting my stickers with lots of love and passion but of course I am only human and I make mistakes. Please send me a message including photos of the affected sticker sets so that I can see what went wrong and what I can improve for the future.
